reiki I course

in the first grade of reiki you will learn how to channel the universal energy, using hands-on healing to heal yourself, others, plants and animals.
reiki is a japanese word derived from rei, meaning  “universal” and ki meaning “the vital life force”. these japanese characters, when combined, present the concept of “universal life-force energy.”  reiki can be defined as the art of activating, applying and balancing the universal life force energy that dwells within every living being, animal or plant.
anyone can practice reiki. it is non-religious, in order to practice reiki a person must be attuned to the energy by a reiki master. a person iniciated in reiki captures the energy and transmits it through the hands.
because it is a channeled healing, the reiki practitioner’s energies are never depleted. in fact, both practitioner and client receive treatment. because of this, giving a treatment always increases one’s energy and leaves one surrounded with loving feelings of well-being. besides many others, the benefits of reiki can be appreciated in expandation of consciousness and intuition, helping to have a better understanding of every being and life itself. reiki is a powerful tool to assist in the manifestation of goals, to help us grow, change and to evolve as spiritual beings.reiki treats the whole person including the body, emotion, mind and  spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feeling of peace, security and well-being.

a day for the inner child

if we want to live our adult life with truth, love, joy and playfulness, we need to turn inwards and reconnect with our inner child. this child was born full of sensitivity, in connection with existence and people.
this healing day will support and nourish communication and union between the positiv adult in us- our logical, rational, protective and responsable part – and the child which lives inside of us and which is so ready to enrich our life with his innocence, spontaneity, creativity and sense of humor.

“the child never dies in anyone. it is not that the child dies when you grow, the child remains. everything that you have been is still within you and will remain within you until your very last breath.” (osho)

meditation day

* meditationes for busy people
* active meditation
* guided meditation
* tools for relaxation

it is important to understand that “meditation” is simply being aware of what is happening both within and around us. so ultimately, this is just a natural part of everything we do, twenty-four hours a day. meditation methods are designed to help you first learn that knack, until the watcher inside becomes strong enough to become a natural part of your everyday life. it’s good to find the method that works best for you, given your particular lifestyle.

in this day, we will practice and experiment meditative techniques which can be practiced anywhere at any time.
methods which can be added and be an integral part of life, without the need of making extra time in our busy schedule for meditation. this is the reason why these techniques are called as well: ‘meditations for busy people’.

it is not about meditating with some goal or desire or any expectation. the whole secret is to allow the process to unfold. just be content to enjoy the time of meditation in itself, for itself. results will come, but only if you’re not demanding that they do. we will create a climate of receptivity, openness and relaxation.

we will share and experience a unique day of relaxation, awareness and centering through guided and active meditation techniques. the meditations have been scientifically designed to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.

they provide us effective ways to release accumulated stress, allow us to find easy and natural ways to turn in, create an inner balance and stillness and clean our mind. the beauty of the inner science is that it enables whoever wants to explore and to experiment within, to do so alone after this group.

morning or afternoon of meditation (4 h)

a beautiful, relaxing and nourishing morning or afternoon of awareness and centering, where we share guided and active meditation techniques, which have been scientifically designed to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.

they help us to come out of our mind, to find our centre and to connect with our true essence, our witness or observer.

kirtan and mantra circles

very often we meet to sing mantras and meditate, most of the time with live music and a special guest singer or musician.

don’t worry if you’ve never sung or meditated before, the most important is the energy that is created by repeating mantras with a group of people, and is especially magical with live music. it is an easy way to experience relaxation, unload the chatterbox and empty the mind.

kirtan provides deep states of meditation, being alert and relaxed at the same time, making it a fun and exciting process. when a group gets together to sing and share sacred mantras is both very energizing and intense. effortlessly, our chattering minds are silenced and a state of stillness and shared happiness is felt by all.

all spiritual traditions are welcome, there is no focus on one single teacher, master or teaching. by joining to sing, we honor all teachers and traditions that each person in the group feels closest in their hearts.

mantras are sacred chants which are rooted in the teachings of the ancient wisdom of the universal vedas. lmantras are sounds that have been released by the sages and yogis of ancient india, while in states of deep meditation. these sounds became the sanskrit language. the word mantra in sanskrit means “that which liberates us from the mind.”
chanting mantras also establishes certain breathing guidelines known as pranayama, which in turn has a very positive and profound effect on the mind and body. the fastest way to calm and quiet the mind, is through breathing.
mantras are sounds that have a profound effect on our universal and body-mind-spirit, and also influences  our environment on all levels. their sound vibrations can soothe and stabilize in sub-cellular levels, opening roads blocked energy and restore harmonious and balanced flow of energy.
